Need help designing your sign?
Drawing from years of experience in effective signage, we can help with the design of your signs. Company logos and branding can easily reproduced in-house from design files provided. Our sign design is based on reproducing your brand or sign on the most effective materials and displays, taking into account such things as weathering, durability and material use as well as positioning.
Supplying design files
We can work with many different types of files when creating your sign. If you wish to provide your logo or brand, we require a format with which we can enlarge accordingly, preferably in Vector Format. Bitmap graphics are not ideal as they do not always enlarge effectively, since resolution degrades. We accept the following file types.
- Illustrator EPS - These files are also readable if compiled on a Macintosh computer, though all text MUST be in outline form.
- PDF - This popular Adobe file format is widely used in print and email. Typefaces must be embedded into the document.
- MS Word Document (.DOC) - Provide any typefaces in use; True Type, Open Type or PostScript (provide PFM (metrics) and PFB files) and identify them by name. Files should not contain bitmap graphics (ie. Photos).
If you are sending files or designs that include a complex logo, please ensure it is in Vector format. We ca translate your logo into Vector format for you for an additional charge. Naturally, we will provide you a master for further use.
