Our Terms & Conditions of sale

Please be aware of our Terms & Conditions when ordering from us as you are bound by them when doing so. They do not affect your statutory rights nor the service you receive from us.

  1. Full payment is required for any job under £350 in value before commencement of work.
  2. A 30% deposit will be charged before commencement of any work above £350 in value.
  3. Complete payment must be made immediately upon completion on the site. If payment is not ready, our staff will return and there will be an extra charge.
  4. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
  5. It is understood that the Goods do not become the property of the purchaser until receipt of full payment and 'Hendon Sign Company Ltd' retain the right to repossession without any notice, until receipt of full payment plus an extra charge for re-installation.
  6. Customers must check all spellings as we do not accept liability for any error.
  7. The electricity will be connected to nearest point of supply. If more than this is required, the services of a qualified electrician must be sought.
  8. The strength and security of the surface to which we fix will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
  9. We do not carry out further work unless by prior written agreement on our contracts.
  10. We do not take responsibility regarding advertising consent.
  11. Clients must ensure their product against disasters and vandalism since we do not take any responsibility.
  12. Once the contract is signed, no cancellation will be accepted and full payment will be demanded.
